Clear Terms, No Surprises

By requesting a quote or placing an order with Glossa Bridge Language Services, you agree to the following terms.

Quotes and orders

Every quote states a fixed price and delivery date based on the files received. Quotes remain valid for 30 days. An order is confirmed when you approve the quote in writing.

Delivery and revisions

Translations are delivered in the agreed format by the agreed date. If you report a substantive error within 14 days of delivery, we correct it free of charge. Changes to source content after confirmation are quoted separately.

Confidentiality and payment

All project materials are treated as confidential under mutual non-disclosure. Invoices are payable within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed.
