Quality Is Decided Before Translation Starts
The biggest lever on translation quality is not the translator — it is the brief. A clean source file, a stated audience and a short list of must-keep terms remove most of the guesswork that produces flat, inconsistent output.
Build a living glossary
Collect product names, slogans and forbidden terms in one sheet and share it with every linguist. Review it after each project: ten minutes of maintenance saves hours of correction later.
Always add a second pair of eyes
Translation and editing use different mental muscles. A dedicated editor catches tone slips, number errors and formatting breaks the translator has read past a dozen times — which is why every Glossa Bridge delivery includes both steps.
Close the loop
Send translators feedback on delivered work, including praise. Teams that hear what landed well repeat it; teams that hear nothing drift. A short review call per quarter keeps quality compounding.
